FREE SHIPPING ON THE ORDER OVER £30

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. There are two warehouses respectively in the Uk and China.We will usually choose the nearest warehouse for delivery to ensure the fastest possible delivery to you. All shipping costs are non-refundable if you order less than £30. It is vitally important for you to provide a correct name and address to ensure smooth delivery. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates (Royal mail International Standard):

UK delivery aim: 2-3 working days

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days

Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days

* 1-3 working days for despatching. Custom items should be 1-5 working days for despatching.

Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

RETURN

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We accept returns and exchanges if:

  • the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

  • All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. For return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

To start a return, you can contact us at return@swdreamons.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on mailing your package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. SW Dreamons holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please request a cancellation of the order within 1 hour of purchase.You can always contact us for any return questions at return@swdreamons.com.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
